The Founder

Virgil Perry-Wright

Virgil Perry-Wright is the founder and president of Network32 Access Group, LLC — a retired U.S. Army service-disabled veteran who built Veteran’s Mission Ministry to reflect his own commitment to helping veterans navigate difficult transitions with informed advocacy, direct support, and respect.

The company begins as a founder-led, one-person operation, with Virgil holding final authority for accepting clients, approving services, and overseeing every referral personally — supported by associates and outside professionals as the work requires it.
